Getting a personal alcohol licence for your micropub business

If you’re considering opening a micropub, one of the first things you can do is get a personal alcohol licence. This is so you can be the micropub’s designated premises supervisor (DPS) once you’ve found a premises.

It’s handy that we can now pick up bottled and canned real ale almost anywhere – supermarkets, corner shops, even some cafes an tea rooms now stock it.
