The law of reciprocity says when something does something nice for us we subconsciously feel the need to do something back in return. It’s why brands pay journalists and bloggers to go on all-expenses-paid events and charities send you a free pen when they ask you for a donation.
I try my best to give my honest opinions in the content I produce. However, it’s possible that I may subconsciously be more positive about organisations, brands and individuals who have done something nice for me in the past – whether this is through helping me out, sending me free products or simply being nice folk.
So you can decide for yourself whether you can trust my opinions, here’s a list of the organisations, brands and individuals that have done something nice for me in the past.
If you think someone’s missing, let me know!
